Wayne Hankin

Wayne Hankin, Founder, Head of Education and Repertory

A specialists in historical woodwinds, Wayne enjoys a multifaceted career. He has performed 10 productions with Cirque du Soliel, most recently Torruk, based on James Cameron's Avatar. Has performed in every major city in the United States and Canada as well as 4000 performances worldwide. He teaches and lectures at the Chatauqua Institute and Interlochen Center for the Arts. A gold member of The Society of Composers and Lyricists, Hankin has won over 20 awards in composition from ASCAP to The National Endowment of the Arts. Wayne has performed on films from The Lego Movie to The Good Dinosaur. Television includes Disney's Princess Adventures to Breaking Bad, as well as video games from Pixel Privateers to Hero's Charge. In the opera world Mr Hankin made his debut at the Houston Grand Opera conducting Meredith Monk's Atlas.

Roy Samson, Head of Engineering 

Roy Samson is in charge of development for the JUBO instrument. A master player of historical woodwinds, he combines his musicianship with expertise in woodwind construction. Roy is an expert turner and controls voicing at the Von Huene Workshop, Boston, the institution that put early instruments into the worldwide public conscious during the 20th century. Roy received his degree in historical performance at The New England Conservatory and taught at Wellesley College and Brandeis University. He has performed with the Boston Symphony Orchestra, The Boston Pops, The New World Symphony Orchestra, New York City Opera and has performed with John Williams, Michael Tilson Thomas and Sarah Caldwell.

Lars Fischer, Head of Industrial Design

Lars Fischer co-founded Redfish Product Development in 2009. and has extensive experience in the development of medical, defense and sports equipment. He earned his BFA at the University of Michigan and his MBA at Suffolk University and is currently Professor of industrial design at Massachusetts College of Art and Design.

Alexis Brandow, Media & Design

Alexis runs her company, AMORSE inc., out of Los Angeles and is recognized for her skills in flexible design for print and web. Well experienced in creating brands from scratch and marketing materials. Her clients include HBO, CBS, NBC.COM, Disney.Com, Warner Brothers, Fox.Com, Kaiser Permanente, Toontown Disney. She has also created animation for Barbie Girls, American Dad, Family Guy and banners for Fox and NBC.

Mike is president of Megatrend Management and well experience in Media and Transmedia business consultation. Representing numerous musical clients, he has negotiated music licensing deals in film, television, video games and commercials including Hell's Kitchen, Tron: Evolution, Cartoon Network. Star Trek Online, Survivor, Days of Our Lives, Playstation, A&E, The Apprentice, Biography and the NBC Summer Olympics. Advertisers include Toyota, Taco Bell, LG, Panasonic, Disney Interactive, NFL, NHL, Proctor & Gamble and Nationwide Insurance.
